RESEARCH CONTRIBUTIONS

After passing M.Sc. in Geology from the University of Rajasthan in the year 1978, I completed my Ph.D. from the University of Rajasthan irl the year 1982on the topic "Geology of Major Lead-Zinc Deposits of Rajasthan", For one and half Years I was a Post Doctoral Fellow urlder DAAD (INDO-GERMAN CULTURAL EXCHANGE PROGRAMME) at the University of Heidelberg, West Germany, during the years 1986-1987, I have 21 years of research experience and 17 years experience of teaching the graduate and post graduate classes and M.Sc. Tech. Applied Geology classes in the M.L. Sukhadia University, Udaipur. I have 2 Ph.D. Candidates at my credit who have been awarded the degree on the problems of Ore Geology and Environment in relation to Mining. I got training in various techniques related to researches in Ore Geology, Mineralogy and methods in the Chemical Analysis of rocks and minerals at the University of Heidelberg, Heidelberg, West Germany. I am expert, in Ore Geology, Economic Geology and Ground Water Geology, I have 3 and 1/2 years experience in carrying out prospecting of Ground Water, erection of tube wells, Hydrogeological surveys and researches connected with the ground water problems. I have visited Earth Science Departments and various laboratories in Germany, England, France and Belgium and know German Language, spoken an well as writing.
